Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Auto Applier’s products and services, including Auto Keyboard and AutoWipe (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Definitions

Auto Keyboard – hardware and software used to automate deterministic keyboard input.
AutoWipe – automated data erasure workflows and reporting tools.
Customer – the business or individual using the Services.
Devices – computers or equipment processed using the Services.
Customer Data – operational data generated during use, excluding end-user personal files.

2. Scope of Services

The Services are operational tools intended for ITAD, refurbishment, and high-throughput environments. Customers remain responsible for oversight, verification, and safe operation.

3. Accounts and Security

You must keep access credentials secure.
You are responsible for all activity performed using your account or devices.

4. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services to:

Perform unlawful or unauthorised activities.
Interfere with system operation or security.
Process data without proper authority.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Validate workflows before production use.
Confirm correct device and disk selection before wiping.
Maintain appropriate internal controls and approvals.

6. Pricing and Billing

Pricing may be per-device, bundled, or subscription-based as published or agreed in writing. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

7. Data Erasure Warning

AutoWipe permanently deletes data. Data erasure is irreversible. You accept full responsibility for confirming authorisation and targets before execution.

8. Intellectual Property

Auto Applier retains all rights to the Services. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use them while subscribed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Applier is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability is limited to fees paid in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or non-payment. Upon termination, use of the Services must cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Specify state jurisdiction if required.
